Leadership Team
Becky is Head of Commercial and Clinical Services working across the UK & Ireland. A Registered Qualified Nurse who has been working in the industry for over 25 years, with extensive experience in Pressure Care. Working jointly with service users, prescribers, Equipment services and commissioners. Becky manages National accounts, Key Accounts & as a qualified trainer designs and undertakes training, internally and externally for the customer. Becky manages the Commercial team including Business Development Managers, Technical Support Team and our Customer Service department and is committed to ensuring the team provide the highest professional standard and care in their roles to ensure UHC meets its Mission statement.
Sales & Engineering
Glen began his career in healthcare sales at the age of 18. He spent 15 years specialising in mobility sales before moving into a safe patient handling role, where he worked for a further 17 years within a global organisation. Throughout his career, Glen has built extensive experience and a strong customer base across the healthcare sector. He finds his work highly rewarding, knowing that the products he supports help make everyday life easier for those who rely on them.
Warren began his career in mobility and healthcare before spending the last 10 years as an Area Manager for the South. In this role, he has supported NHS teams with product assessments across a wide range of community settings, including seating, mattresses, wheelchairs, and pressure mapping. Warren is passionate about supporting customers and clinicians within his region, providing tailored guidance, training, and ongoing support to meet their individual needs.
Ryan’s experience in multidisciplinary roles within the health sector has given him broad knowledge of healthcare equipment and disabilities. Drawing on his background in healthcare and electronic engineering, Ryan provides customer support and technical training, while continually ensuring that Ultimate Healthcare’s product range meets both company and customer quality standards.
Customer Service
Sophie joined Ultimate Healthcare in 2021 as a member of the Warehouse Team and has since progressed into a Customer Service role. Through this journey, she has developed strong knowledge across both areas of the business, enabling her to provide well-rounded support to customers. Sophie works closely with customers and internal teams to ensure enquiries are handled efficiently and accurately, in line with service expectations. She is committed to service excellence and clear communication, taking pride in delivering a professional and consistent experience that supports positive customer outcomes and wider business objectives.
Chloe has been with Ultimate Healthcare since early 2024, working within Customer Service and Internal Sales. She plays a key role in supporting both the internal sales teams and the external customer base, consistently delivering high standards of service. Customers, healthcare professionals, and end users are central to her work, and she is committed to ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
